Basic Operator Training
If you just need a refresher course or have hired a new employee, you may access our Toshiba Video Training library to learn various common tasks. Our video training library requires that your browser is Javascript-enabled and an Adobe Flash Player plugin is installed.
Administration Training
CTI provides FREE general Toshiba CIX phone system and voicemail administration training once a month. The classes are generally held on the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of the month and begin at 9:00 a.m. To find out when the next training class is scheduled, please view our blog. The classes are limited in size so registration is required. Register today to reserve your spot!
