If the system tells you it"s an invalid entry, press the * key again and start over. It"s likely you didn"t enter your security code within the time allowed.

If your Unified Messaging is not coming through, you can go into your MS Outlook and access the Help Menu. From there go to About Microsoft Outlook. See if the Unified Messaging is listed in the Disabled items. If it is, highlight it and then click Enable disabled items.
