  1. How do I access my Toshiba voice mail remotely?

    1. Dial any of your phone numbers that access an Auto Attendant or voice mailbox.
    2. When the message begins playing, press the * key.
    3. Enter your mailbox number (this is usually your extension number).
    4. Enter your security code.

    If the system tells you it"s an invalid entry, press the * key again and start over. It"s likely you didn"t enter your security code within the time allowed.

  2. How do I change message notification in my iES or ES voice mail?

    1. Dial 400.
    2. Enter security code.
    3. Press 3 to Manage MB.
    4. Press 2 for User Options.
    5. Press 7 to change message Notification.
    6. Enter notification template number or enter 0 0 for a list of templates.
    7. Press 1 to enable/disable notification template (toggle).
    8. Press 2 to change notification digits.
    9. Press # to save changes.
    10. Press 9 to return to previous menu.

  3. How do I call forward my Toshiba phone?

    Programming the call forward button

    1. Leave the handset on hook.
    2. Dial # 9 8 7 6.
    3. Press HOLD
    4. Press the flexible button you want to change (pick someone"s extension button that is on his phone).
    5. Dial 340 (this is the code for call forward all calls, internal and external). You can use other codes for busy (350), no answer (360), busy no answer (370).
    6. Press the same flexible button you pressed in step 4. This saves the programming. You should see "Data Programmed" on the display when you do this.

    1. Leave the handset on hook.
    2. Dial # 9 8 7 6
    3. Press the call forward flexible button you programmed above.
    4. Dial 9 plus the phone number you want to forward to including area code plus #.
    5. Press the call forward button again to save the programming (same button you pressed in step 3).
    6. Lift up the handset and hang it back up.

    To activate this feature, press the call forward flexible button (same button you pressed in steps 3 and 5). It should light up. This is how you know it is turned on. Also, there should be wording in the display that indicates a call forward.

  4. How do I change my voice mail security code?

    Changing your voice mail security code

    1. Dial into voice mail as you normally do. Enter your current security code.
    2. Press 3 to access mailbox management.
    3. Press 2 to access mailbox options.
    4. Press 3 to change your security code.
    5. The voice mail will say "Enter Code" and you should enter the new number.
    6. The voice mail will say "Re-enter Code" and you should enter that same number again.
    7. The voice mail will say "Security Code Changed" if you were successful in changing your security code.

  5. How do I delete all saved voice mail messages?

    1. Dial into voice mail and listen to a message.
    2. While you are listening to the message, press 176#.
    3. Press # to delete or * to cancel.

  6. What do I do if I have lost soft key functionality in my voice mail or phone system?

    Loss of Soft Keys in Voice Mail

    If you have lost your soft key functionality in your voice mail only, you can reset your voice mail and see if the soft keys come back up. If you are on full auto attendant, you may want to wait to do this at the beginning or end of the day.

    If you have lost your soft key functionality in your phone system only, you must reset your phone system to get it back. Resetting your system takes the phones down, so you typically want to do this at the beginning of the day or the end of the day. If you have an iES, that has to be powered down first before resetting the phone system.

    2. Press HOLD.
    3. Press the Flexible Button you want to program.
    4. Press 5 7 0.
    5. Press the Flexible Button again to save the setting.

  8. What do I do if my Unified Messaging is not coming through?

    Unified Messaging

    If your Unified Messaging is not coming through, you can go into your MS Outlook and access the Help Menu. From there go to About Microsoft Outlook. See if the Unified Messaging is listed in the Disabled items. If it is, highlight it and then click Enable disabled items.

    Changing the date in a Toshiba phone system that uses DKT2000 or DKT3000 series phones

    1. Press the idle extension intercom button. You now hear dial tone.
    2. While listening to dial tone, enter #651. You hear a confirmation tone. If you hear fast busy, the feature code has been changed or is not programmed.
    3. Enter the date as YYMMDD where YY=Year, MM=Month and DD=Day. For example, to enter April 18, 2007, enter 070418.
    4. Press #. You hear a confirmation tone.
    5. Press SPKR. The phone returns to idle mode with your telephone LCD displaying the new set date.

  12. How do I change the time in my Toshiba voice mail?

    To change the time in a Stratagy Voice Mail System, customers can use a Stratagy Admin or Stratagy ES Administration connection. Also, all Stratagy systems can have their time changed through the phone by accessing the System Administrator’s mailbox.

    How to manually change the time for Toshiba Stratagy voice mails:

    1. Dial the pilot number for voice mail. This number is usually 400.
    2. Press the # key and then the * (STAR) key.
    3. Dial 999 for the administration mailbox.
    4. Enter the security code for this mailbox.
    5. Choose 8 for System Administration.
    6. Choose 6 for Set System Date and Time. Follow the instructions.

    The system lists the menu options. In case you forget, all you have to do is listen to the prompts.

    Time must be set as Military Time. The format for the time is hhmmss.
